Come and stay awhile at this private, pet friendly home near Table Rock Lake! This is a monthly rental so make yourself at home for a few weeks or a whole season! Whether you're here for work or relaxation, you'll find an outdoor oasis surrounded by trees and a fenced in backyard. This spacious home provides 3 bed, 2.5 bath, fully stocked kitchen, full size laundry machines, and indoor fireplace.

You will also have access to a fully fenced in, private back yard with a fire pit. When the weather is nice, enjoy the covered patio where you can enjoy your coffee, or a glass of wine after a long day. Feel like dining al fresco? You will also have an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the beauty and quiet that Kimberling City has to offer!

Minutes away you'll find Table Rock Lake, with access to Port of Kimberling Marina where you can rent kayaks, jet skis, boats, houseboats, you name it! The Ski Shack has equipment for rent or purchase so invite some friends and enjoy the amenities! Looking for a bite to eat? Pier 28 has great food and drinks to offer for dine in or carry out.

Things to note:
We are pet friendly- we allow up to two pets under 50lbs each with a $100 one time pet fee.

Upon booking you will be sent an email requesting a $1000 refundable security deposit. This will be a hold on your credit card and will be released 5 days after check out.

The back yard does contain a slope to the grassy area. The fire pit, and lower level patio is level but is accessed by stairs. The upper covered deck is accessible by the main level. The home entry has two steps to enter and exit the home. For the mobility challenged- you will have access to the entire main level (living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and covered deck with outdoor dining set)

We are available by phone or by the app for your entire stay. You will receive a link by text to our digital guidebook that contains all the information you will need, as well as door codes, wifi passwords, things to do in the area, and check in/check out times and procedures.

Perfect family retreat

My family and I stayed in this cozy and cute home. The owner communicated quickly and the home was easy to access when we arrived late. It was perfect as the kids could stay downstairs and have their own space. They loved the ping pong table and dart board! Overall it was a perfect quiet spot with just a short drive to Table Rock Lake and Branson.
