Excellent communication with the owner. The property was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well set up with cups and plates and pans all new-ish and in good order. Check in and out were easy. The views were fantastic out over the South End to the beach on one side and the sound on the other. It was easy to walk to the beach on either side. Also, we arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and a note left by the owner. Overall excellent stay. Highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Serenity Point. The area lives up to it's name. It was quiet, peaceful, and a friendly neighbor. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. That was a great help. Didn't have to pack linens, towels, etc. Everything was clean and nice. Beautiful views of the ocean and sound. Great place to walk around the peninsula. We had our dog with us and we were able to let him off leash . He thoroughly enjoyed it also. Krisha was a great host. Very responsive to our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property was great. Very clean, with lots of extras. The walk to the beach was shorter than expected, the pool is right across the street. Definitely want to stay at this property again.

Great get away

Really liked our stay at Serenity Point. It is in very close walking proximity to the sound and the beach. And while everything was very clean and the communication was excellent, the place seems a little outdated, especially the bathrooms. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get, but then again location is awesome

Nothing less than perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in here. The house is lovely. The hostess, Krisha was very attentive and friendly. The house is equipped with anything you need. It’s very accommodating and thoughtful to have items available. No little detail was missed. Highly recommend this house not only for the wonderful owners but also the location is like a hidden gem.

Such a sweet little place. Clean and close to the beach with everything we needed for a beautiful week. Quiet and Relaxing

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location was beautiful, so close to some stunning beaches. We couldn’t believe we were in NC! The property was comfortable and the owners thought of everything - even a warm welcome with a little gift. So thoughtful! We’ll definitely return.

Complete relaxation (in style)

Serenity Point is one of the secret best places in North Carolina. The location, beach and channel and nature all combine for our favorite place to visit to relax and plug into a better life. We have visited the homes at Serenity Point for the last 20 years and this is the nicest, most stylish and well appointed homes we have ever stayed at. High recommendations. It had everything and we felt completely taken care of. Can't wait to return.

The rental could use some TLC. The was some water damage to the kitchen ceiling, some paint popping off the walls and a damp smell when first entering. The kitchen was well equipped but needs a measuring cup for liquids. We used the griddle the most, it was awesome. We had run out of dishwasher packs and the owner let us know some would be dropped by, but turns out they were left on a chair in a Walmart box we thought was left for the owner. Nice linens and towels full size washer and dryer were really nice! Enjoyed the next door neighbor, super friendly! Well visit Topsail again!

Perfect family beach location, a host that loves the home

The house is located at the South end of Topsail and adjacent to ocean and sound access, so there is a nice 1 mile (or so) walk around the tip of the island. So quiet and beautiful. We were able to walk our dogs off leash for portions of it. Our kids loved it too. The house is clean, modern, and very well stocked. The host communicated promptly and clearly and made sure our stay went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot away from the busy area of the island

Everything was provided for us! I definitely over packed and over prepared because this property had everything we needed. Detergents for clothes, dishes.. hand soaps, fresh linens, the main bedroom even has a sound sleep machine which I had packed my own from home and didn't even need. This place was great ! And the property manager was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond .

Just what we needed for a long weekend

If you are looking for a relaxing beach stay in a beautiful setting for you and your family, look no further! At the last minute, we booked a trip with our twin girls to Topsail beach and we couldn't have been happier. Check-in was easy, the location was perfect, the property was clean and perfectly decorated, and our host, Krisha, was on top of everything. We didn't want to leave and hope to be back next year. If we could have given it 6 stars, we would have!

Birthday weekend beach trip

About a week before my birthday I decided I wanted a quick trip to the beach. I was excited to find this property available on such short notice and also that it is dog friendly. I highly recommend staying here. The home is beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. Krisha provides everything you need from the towels and linens (and beds made) to a well stocked kitchen and even dog bowls and beach supplies! Check in and check out were easy! Outside was beautiful and peaceful. The sunset over the sound was amazing. Everything was perfect. I definitely plan to stay here again!

While the property was OK there were a few things that made the overall stay unpleasant. For example, 3 of the 5 beach chairs were broken and unusable. the TV was a pain and extremely frustrating to use. It seemed that every 30 minute or so you have to reboot the system because you lost the single. During the stay we were unable to get almost any channels on the tv in the bedroom. I was not able to get the Wi-Fi to work and had to use my cellphone as a hot spot.

Great Family Vacation Spot

What a great unit and place to stay! It was our first time staying at Topsail Beach and we loved it. Great place to relax at the beach, fish, find shells, and enjoy the gorgeous views. Our daughter loved the little loft to sleep in, our son loved having his own room and we loved how big the master bedroom was. The pool is right across the street from the unit so we didn’t have to take anything with us, if we wanted to eat or drink anything we just walked back and forth. Renting a golf cart was fun, we used it to get to the ice cream shop and food places. By the main bridge getting onto the island there are some really good restaurants and shops. This unit is a great place to stay, relax and get away from the busy beaches. The owners of this unit were fantastic as well. They gave us great advice on places to eat and things to do. We will be back for sure!
