Our Well-Equipped 2nd Floor Unit, Close to just about Everything, w/Fireplace In Scenic Peaceful Surroundings, Great Amenities, Convenient Location. Nearly 1,300 sq ft, sleeps 5 very comfortably. Features a California King - 12" Memory Foam Bed in the Main Bedroom (Firm), 2 - Twin - 10" Memory Foam Beds in the Second Bedroom, Queen Memory Foam Sofa Sleeper in the LR, 2 large bathrooms. 2 desks, 3 - 55" 4k Roku Smart TV's, FAST 1G Wi-Fi (Must climb stairs.) The Ski Areas Are NOW Open - Come PLAY!

Fly into Salt Lake International Airport and rent a car. It will be the best way to get around town and all the things you’ll want to see and do.

Uber and Lyft are also available as well as paid Scooters and Bicycles which can be found at various locations in and around tha area.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure to hang the Key Fob back up in the Linen Closet and place the Welcome Book back on the Desk or Kitchen Counter.
Put any moved furniture back in place. Place all used towels in the bathtub. Leave all used beds unmade and account for ALL (3) TV remotes.
Travel Safely to your next destination.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO Mail Service. Guests can set up a temporary mailbox through the US Postal Service. Packages from Amazon should utilize their Locker/Hub service.
You agree to pay a $500 fine for smoking and or evidence of smoking in unit or on property. Late Check-Out fee is $75.00 for EVERY 30 min after 10 am.
Please leave Key Fob on the hook, the kitchen table, or the counter upon departure. Lost / Damaged Replacements are $100.00 each.

Clean, convenient and fun girls’ getaway!

Extremely clean, comfortable and convenient 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for our girls’ getaway! We had all the comforts of home, amazing walking trails along the Jordan River and wetlands preserve all within minutes of our favorite attractions near Midway, Park City and close to SLC Airport. Thanks Bill & Co—we will def recommend and hope to return soon!

The place was clean and spacious, with the things we needed. Great size bathrooms, closets and rooms. Having the washer/dryer was a great help for those with kids. The location was within 5-10 minutes of many restaurants/shops and within 20-30 minutes of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Great communication and easy check-in/check-out instructions. We were very happy with the stay and would stay there again.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, towels. Good communication from property manager prior to our arrival. We stayed here as it's a close drive to skiing, the ski bus and restaurants. Would stay again and recommend for others.

Home away from home

The kitchen made life easy with everything needed including seasonings. The master suite, spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location: quiet, yet had easy access to everywhere. Looking forward to staying again.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient Condo

We really liked this space - plenty of room, clean and quiet. We like to eat some of our meals in and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. It is conveniently located to hit the ski slopes which is what we were here for. We were also in SLC to visit our son who is going to school at U of U, so it was a pretty handy location for that as well. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was closed the whole time we were there.
