☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.
☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.
☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.
☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.
We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.

To abide by all legal requirements and house rules please be advised that all guests may be asked to sign a digital rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You acknowledge a Security Deposit may be needed to secure the booking.

Not trustworthy - not clean - half property inaccessible
DON’T STAY HERE. Property manager met us. She was embarrassed by all the broken glass outside and the second house was not cleaned at all (nor the bathrooms in main house although new towels were provided). She mentioned she took 42 pictures of the second house for the owners.
The batteries for the lock went out on the second house before the manager left but were never replaced leaving the house inaccessible. She mentioned she would speak with ownership but after two weeks we had heard nothing. Finally they reached out saying we were getting a 5-star rating and would like one as well. Told them no and why. They said there would be no adjustments and that we were lying.
Sad as the two houses are unique had they been clean, accessible and with honest owners.
