The house was dirty. There were dead bugs and a dead lizard on the window seals inside, smashed spiders on the floor in the kitchen. The floor was sticky and very dirty. My son’s feet were black after running around barefoot inside. The bathtubs took an hour to drain after someone showered. The tubs were not clean either. There was no fooseball table even though it was front and center in the pictures.
Overall this was a very nice place. The team was responsive which made our weekend enjoyable.

Good for what we needed
Check in was easy and house was plenty big and comfortable enough for 6 of us. The layout was a little tight and bathrooms are older and small but functional. Close to downtown Mobile and easy to get to beach. Neighborhood was a little questionable and run down but felt safe.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property!
Spacious, clean, and peaceful neighborhood. 10/10!

The inside looks just like the pictures. Nicely decorated, spacious, well equipped kitchen, very conveniently located in Mobile and we felt safe in the neighborhood.
I hate to share about this place because I want it available whenever I come to Mobile 😂 but it was a great home and plenty of space, clean, and everything worked. My family and I will definitely seek this place out for future visits.

Upon arrival there was a wolf spider about the size of my fist in a huge web that encompassed the area walking up to the front door. The back yard deck had not been cleaned up and prepped for guests. In the house the darts did not work in the game room and the leg on the fooz ball table was broken and almost fell on a 2 yr old. The leg could not be re-attached. Overall the house smelled musty. The AC filter is filthy. The steps to the second floor are very steep. The Master bedroom with the bath had a queen bed. The king bed was in a room down the hall. The bathroom have no outlets for a shaver or hairdryer. Property was in a good location for our family function and the neighborhood was quiet.
Older home set up very minimalistic for rentals. The home is outfitted with the cheapest furniture. The beds are hard, the couches are small and hard, bar stools and every chair just cheaply made and no comfort. Bathrooms are really small and from the 80’s. All the rooms are upstairs and the staircase to go up is horrible. It has short steps not even as long as a foot and has a strip on each making it difficult to climb especially for any older person. Overall just cheap and uncomfortable. From someone that stays every weekend in short term rentals, very disappointed. The only positive was it was semi clean besides the bed linens had not been washed.

I truly don’t like leaving negative reviews, but want to be honest about the good and the bad.The good:Water pressure is awesome. I have long, thick hair and it was great for that! Water temperature was good too!Location was nice- it was easy to get to and from places. Quiet neighborhoodThe bad: (and I think most are fixable)They advertise having a game room for the kids, but didn’t provide foosballs, the darts were mostly broken and there weren’t any games/cards to play. I brought this to their attention and they just said “sorry.” The game room was the reason we booked this home. The stairs up to all of the bedrooms are super steep and narrow. They make a point to say that it is easy to get into the home because there are no stairs, but to get to any of the bed rooms, you have to climb these stairs. The beds are very firm and the mattress covers were all stained. It was gross, but unfortunately didn’t see until we were leaving. There were several half-fixed or broken items, such as the towel rack in one of the bathrooms. It was just set on the wall and not secure. The master room with the bathroom in it is a queen bed. The room with the king bed is down the hall from the bathroom. The whole bathroom situation was weird- two on the same side of the house, but maybe that’s just how older houses were built. I suggest you Bring your own shampoo and wash. Conditioner was not provided. The toilet in the bathroom by the kitchen was not clean when we arrived.
