Had enough space for us all and easy check in and out. Run down and worn down furnishings. Mattresses were comfortable. Didn't have a use for the in-room kitchen, so no feedback on that. The hallways and rooms smelled musty. Bathrooms could use updating. Front desk was helpful and polite.

Sent a message the day before arrival to confirm we would check in late, near midnight. Host replied, "no problem".Checked in at 11:30pm, the clerk says we have no reservation. During the 35 wait to finally find our reservation, the clerk tells the guest behind me..."sorry, you have no reservation ". The clerk finally finds my reservation, tells me he couldn't find it because someone already checked me in. Then, the clerk gives me a non-functioning keycard not once, not twice...three times. But...it gets better. On the third attempt to get in the room, someone opens the door from inside! The room was occupied! On the 4th try we finally get into a room that was a solid C-...terrible, do better.
