It is a very nice property and will cone back again in future. I would recommend to go through check in process which will be sent after booking is done. Host is reachable and responds very quickly.

Great location Check in is difficult

Sat for 3 hours trying to get checked in. Verified online several times, site wasn’t working right and it really messed up our first night here. Other than that the unit is nice and in a great location.

Very nice!

I loved this property SO much! It was comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The check-in process was a little complicated and could definitely use some revision, but I was able to get ahold of someone to assist me fairly easily. Also, there’s an extra required $45 fee which was not disclosed within the listing that absolutely should be. Outside of those things this place was incredible, had an amazing view, and I would recommend staying here.

Nice place, poor management

Place is new/modern in a great location. All amenities/supplies included (except for a toaster and pasta strainer....cheap additions, not sure why not supplied). Check in was a disaster - Unit not ready on time; no instructions provided on time; once provided, access code given was invalid. If not for a concierge who took us to the necessary floor, we would not have been able to access the unit. Water was shut off for our final day. Asked for a 30 minute extension on check out given the delay on check in, and no water, and marbella/management didn't even respond! Not impressed.
