My favourite thing in the world is to play with my daughter and doing some sports on my spare time. I especially love the outdoor activities and camping. Oh, and I love coffee!

Elliniko is the most upcoming area of Athens. There is plenty of investment activity in the broad area, especially in the real estate industry! It is safe and quite, ideal for a summer night walk! There are parks in walking distance, the local market is less than 800m, as well! The metro station is around 600m from the property, whereas Glyfada and the nearest beach is less than 10min drive. The neighborhood has plenty of free parking spots. Despite the fact that it is an urban neighborhood, the houses are news and there is some relieving distance among the properties, as well as a lot of green.
