Private pool, shower and pool toilet, kiosk, hammock, full maid and service area. It houses up to 12 people.
The condominium is neighbor to the Beach Class, Summerville and Nanai resorts, is closed with 24h armed security, guardhouse in all access and cameras around the condominium. It has a square, semi-Olympic lap pool, sauna, barbecue area, Kids area, children's playground, Cooper's track in spacious garden by the sea, volleyball courts, soccer society and two tennis courts.
