Bed, table and bath, pool with wooden deck, barbecue, showers, parking for 5 vehicles, beautiful view of the island of Santo Aleixo, large terrace on the first floor, garden and caretaker (optional home cooking). The condominium has 1 security guardhouse and 1 main concierge that gives access to the condominium, with 24-hour monitoring by cameras and vigilante rounds. As well as maritime rounds (Rio). The condominium has tennis court, nautical marina, floating pier for boarding and disembarking and parks for children. The condo has 1 deli and 1 grocery store.

Passamos dias muito agradáveis. A casa é confortável, tem todos os utensílios na cozinha e serviço de mesa. Os quartos são amplos, claros e com camas confortáveis. O funcionário da casa, caseiro, nos ajudou e manteve a casa e a piscina em ordem. As funcionarias de apoio da cozinha e limpeza foram muito gentis e tornaram a nossa estada muito mais tranquila. agradecemos os dias passados na casa.
