Two smart TV's. and lightning fast internet. The loft connects with a 2200 sf. patio that can be rented for parties up to 80. Message for pricing. The loft is beside the city-maintained walking path just 1 mile to downtown Bristol TN/VA where you can enjoy many breweries, restaurants and live music. Perfect for small weddings, family reunions, birthday parties and much more. Large pergola over a band space, wood burning firepit and beautiful mural backdrop by Tim White.
