This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath showstopper offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has stark white and blue furnishings that create a spa-like ambiance. The living room features a sprawling sectional sofa situated in front of a white stone wall with a fireplace and large 65” flat screen HDTV. Natural light pours in from the wall of windows that look out to the beach and double sliders that flank the fireplace. The kitchen has white cabinets with SS appliances and a beautiful island that seats four and is open to the indoor and outdoor dining areas.

The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, a mounted 60” flat screen HDTV and double sliding doors that open to the balcony and feature privacy shades. The primary bathroom is stunning with white cabinets, shiplap walls, double sinks and a large shower with multiple shower heads. The primary closet has custom finishes and plenty of room for hanging and shelf storage. The second guest room offers a king bed, a 55” flat screen HDTV and an en-suite bath. The third guest room offers a double bed and a 55” flat screen HDTV. The fourth guest room offers a large area with 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds over them as well as a 65” flat screen HDTV. This room features a large picture window with a view of the gulf and an en-suite bath.

This unit has an incredible balcony that offers shade throughout the day, a grilling area with stone countertops, a table that accommodates 6 and conversational seating areas. We offer a closet filled with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys for our guests as well as a pre-paid and dedicated seasonal rental that includes one umbrella and 2 folding lounge chairs on the beach!
