Adorned in a contemporary beach-chic aesthetic, this professionally decorated unit features stark white and blue furnishings creating a spa-like ambiance ideal for a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat. The living room features a sprawling sectional sofa situated in front of a white stone wall with a fireplace and large 65” flat screen HDTV. Natural light pours in from the wall of windows that look out to the beach as well as double sliders that flank the fireplace. The kitchen features white cabinets with stainless appliances and a beautiful island of grey and white that seats four and is open to the indoor and outdoor dining areas.

The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, a mounted 60” flat screen HDTV and double sliding doors that open to the balcony and feature privacy shades. The primary bathroom is stunning with white cabinets, shiplap walls, double sinks and a large shower with multiple shower heads. The primary closet has custom finishes and plenty of room for hanging and shelf storage. The second guest room offers a king bed, a 55” flat screen HDTV and an en-suite bath. The third guest room offers a double bed and a 55” flat screen TV. The fourth guest room offers a large area with two queen beds and two bunk beds over them and a 65” HDTV. This room features a large picture window with a view of the gulf and an en-suite bath.

This unit has an incredible balcony that offers shade throughout the day, a grilling area with stone countertops, a table that accommodates 6 people and conversational seating areas. We offer a closet filled with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys for our guests use as well as a pre-paid and dedicated seasonal rental that includes one umbrella and two lounge chairs on the beach!
