✓ This home is in a newly developed beach community, so you may occasionally see or hear light construction nearby as the neighborhood continues to grow.
✓ The beach access is about a one-minute walk from the home, giving you quick and easy trips back and forth throughout the day.
✓ The pool can be heated for $50/day and may be limited during freezing temps. It must be on for the duration of your stay (cannot be turned on/off during stay)
✓ Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
✓ Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.
✓ Wi-Fi: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi in Panama City Beach.
