Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Words cannot describe the pain

Literally 2 hours before our check in they canceled the original booking and gave an alternate location that was 15 miles away. Vrbo was no help either other than giving us refund. We were left stranded with no place to go and no help. Shame on Vrbo
