The owner lives onsite in the Main house. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 4 bay garage, located away from the road in the backyard behind the Main house. There are 2 apartments on the second floor. The apartment is approx. 870 sq feet.

Birthday Getaway

We absolutely loved the property! Upon checking into the rental, we found a birthday cake, card and candles for my husband and best friend wishing them a happy birthday from Dennis and Cheryl! Thank you guys so much for the lovely stay! We also got to meet Charolette, their pup!

Fabulous

This is one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. It was rural, yet an easy 15-20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. It was beautifully decorated and had wonderful amenities. The hosts added many touches that made our experience top notch. My only regret was that we didn't book for more nights!

Home Away from Home

This apartment was perfect for our quick getaway upstate. The place was just as advertised and felt very welcoming and homey. Dennis was very helpful and attentive with any questions I had. The home is very nicely decorated and the snacks were awesome snacks for my little one. It felt like home away from home and we will definitely stay here again if ever we travel back this way. I highly recommend this "Country Retreat". thanks for having us Dennis

Country Paradise

This Vrbo was just beautiful, classy, and felt like a true home away from home. Not like a sterile hotel…like a home. There was everything you could possibly need to cook a real meal, then sit outside on the balcony just admiring the outside beauty. It was beautiful, and relaxing! We’ll definitely be back!
