With plenty of outdoor seating, guests are sure to enjoy their time outdoors at NB Lakefront Getaway. Pull up a seat on the dock and enjoy a nice morning cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage. If guests absolutely have to get some work done while on vacation, there is a designated work station with hi-speed Wi-Fi and views of the lake. The living area has plenty of seating and a large wall mounted HDTV and a 4 top table for dining or evening board games with the family!

Master Ensuite::
The King size master ensuite is complete with room darkening shades that can be shut or kept open to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Dunlap. Guests will enjoy the expansive full size master bathroom complete with a large tiled walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, walk in closet, and a designated boudoir so the ladies in your group can get ready for a big night out at nearby Gruene Hall!

Downstairs King and Queen Bedrooms::
Guests will enjoy the 2 additional bedrooms on the 1st floor of the home; one has a King bed, while the other has a Queen bed. Guests staying in the lakeview King bedroom will surely enjoy their direct access to the deck as well as the beautiful lake views from the comfort of their bed. The additional Queen bedroom with a street view shares a full size bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have large closets for the fashionistas in your group!

~Upstairs Accommodations~
Directly up the newly renovated 2nd story, guests will be greeted by the game room! The game room is complete with a wall mounted HDTV, ping pong table, oversized sectional couch, and a foosball table to add to the fun! There is a King bedroom upstairs with an additional queen size pullout couch, and a kids bedroom with 4 twin beds and a lakeview. Both bedrooms share a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Spend your day soaking up the sun on Lake Dunlap! The dock is perfect for guests to sip on an afternoon cocktail while enjoying the lake views. End your evening in the 8 person hot-tub and enjoy the ambiance of the outdoor lights strung between the beautiful, mature elm and cypress trees. The expansive lawn, complete with an in-ground firepit is the perfect spot for the kiddos in your group to run, play and enjoy the great outdoors!

*We are in a neighborhood with homes around us. No parties with loud music are allowed to be respectful of our full-time neighboring residents.

We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.
