Family Friendly Home with HEATED Pool Located on a Golf Course

This home is located in the safe and quiet neighborhood of Coldwater Springs in Avondale, AZ. It backs up to the 10th hole of Coldwater Golf Club. 2100 sqft rambler with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room (with a pool table), and open design kitchen/dining/family room. The interior has been newly painted and tiled throughout except the wood floors in the pool table room. There is a beautiful Pebble Tec pool in the private backyard that can be heated or cooled to desired temperature. The back patio includes table w/4 chairs, lounge chairs and grill.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, one guest room has a king size bed, the 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the kids bedroom has a double bed and twin bunk beds. The home is furnished nicely including new bedroom sets, mattresses and linens, large dining room set, family room furniture, large flat screen televisions (65” family room & 55” in the primary). outdoor furniture and wireless internet. The primary bedroom has a walk-out slider to the pool patio, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have fans.
The neighborhood is located a few minutes south of I-10 which allows easy access to restaurants, shopping, golf, movie theaters, spring training baseball parks, NASCAR, and hiking. The neighborhood has several parks which include basketball courts, playground equipment, picnic facilities and large grassy open spaces. Just a few minutes away is the Avondale Sports Complex which includes indoor soccer, basketball and workout centers for the general public at a small fee.

As advertised. Great for spring training!

Everything was as advertised. Very well equipped home (probably best I've ever experienced) from kitchen to linens, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to about everything. Super convenient to Goodyear ballpark, and easy drive to most other ballparks for spring training. Easy access to I-10. Pool was nice and warm! Enjoyed sitting out back in the mornings!

Really enjoyed our stay here!

This is a great place to stay. The owner was great and communicated well with us during the whole process. Lovely neighborhood and golf course community conveniently located to everything we needed. The house itself was great - comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, spacious living room - all well decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the pool table and backyard area as well. Highly recommend this gem of a house if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

Amazing Home

This home was so well stocked and was very clean. Roger was easy to get in touch with. The pool was nice, especially because it was heated. All in all, we would definitely rent again if we needed a 4 bedroom.

Family Friendly!

We enjoyed our time here. Very family friendly for my kids and my infant. The extra security for the pool door was great too. Needed parents height for kids to access the pool. The pool is heated too. The beds were so comfortable. Anytime we stay at a vrbo my family and I always fight over the beds. All the beds met each one of our expectations. We were allowed family to visit us as well during the stay. So that made this place perfect! We are already talking about wanting to book the place for Christmas. I would recommend staying here. The property manager responds promptly and check in process was really easy.

Excellent property - great amenities - nice SW location

5 of us old farts stayed at this property for the Winter Worlds Senior Softball Tournament. We found the home to be very neat, well appointed and with lots of extras such as a heated pool and a pool table. Owner was great to work with, responded immediately as was always available by phone if we needed him. I would highly recommend this property to groups of friends or families looking for a quiet neighborhood in the Southwest part of Phoenix. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby as well. Excellent value! Thank you for opening your house to us. We'll be contacting you again next year when we visit again for the tournament.

Very Nice Home

Pictures of the house were very helpful in making our decision. The pool was heated, clean and used by all 4 adults and two teenagers who were in attendance. Everyone found the beds comfortable and each room has plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed including plenty of dishes and silverware which meant we didn’t need to hand wash in order to ensure there’s enough for a meal. The owners of the home, Roger and Molly were quick to respond when we had a couple of questions! It was apparent they wanted to ensure we enjoyed our time! There was also a booklet that provided excellent information with photos about the pool operation along with information about heating and cooling the home. It also included information about the operation of the TV, DVD, cable box and sound bar in the living room and the TV in the master bedroom. Plus there was lots of information about things to do in the area which helped us enjoy our time even more. This is definitely a home we would stay at again!!

Great location

This is the second time staying at Roger's house. It was perfect for Guardians spring training. It is close to many good restaurants and just a mile from the interstate.The beds are very comfortable. The cotton sheets were a very welcome improvement over microfiber and polyester in most rentals. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths.The kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes, cups and glasses for a party of 8. There was also plenty of cooking supplies. Although it was too cool to use the pool, it was very inviting. There is also a table and chairs which is nice for morning coffee or tea. The pool table provided for some fun entertainment in the evenings.The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Parking is easy in the driveway or on the street. Entry is also easy with a keyless lock. Communication with Roger was easy and he was always quick to respond.I cannot think of any negatives and hope to be able to stay here again for 2026 spring training.

Great extended winter get away.

The home was well appointed with quality linens, towels, kitchen utensils and dishes. The lay out of the home was very good, allowing for privacy for various age groups. The pool was fun, and well maintained. Our grandkids had a good time in both the pool and using the game room. Roger was very easy to communicate with and attended to the couple items we needed his help with, on a timely and personal level. The whole experience made for our two plus month winter stay most enjoyable.

Great vacation home

My wife and I have lived in Washington State all our lives. We are raising three boys who are very active. The picture is of our boys on Easter morning during our spring break visit in 2012.

Why they chose this property

We all love the sun and as you may know we don’t see much sun in Washington. We decided to purchase a 2nd home here to appreciate now and during retirement. There are so many things we enjoy in the Phoenix area and throughout Arizona such as golf, walking/hiking,swimming and baseball. Other areas we enjoy are Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon.

What makes this property unique

We selected this house because of the neighborhood, floor plan, privacy in the backyard and the golf course. The City of Avondale is centrally located for the west Phoenix activities. The Coldwater Springs community is a safe quiet neighborhood full of great families who are friendly and helpful.
