Perfect Spot!

This house is perfection! It has everything you need at your fingertips. We were in town for a graduation and were able to drive to all the locations we needed to within a reasonable amount of time. The house is warm, inviting and has everything you could ask for. We never had time for a swim, but the pool is gorgeous.

The house was as expected and in a nice location and a great patio and pool. The owners were very responsive. I would suggest ceiling fans in all the bedrooms to help with the AZ heat. But we would stay here again.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to hear the air conditioner did not keep the rooms at your preferred temp. Really appreciate you mentioning this, as I followed up with the air conditioner maintenance folks and they advised there was a coil issue! If you hadn’t mentioned it, I would not have known. Thanks again, the repair has been made so future guests will not experience the same issue

Summerhaven retreat

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful home in the Estrella Mountains area of Goodyear. This is a beautiful place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed and more. We really loved the pool and made the best of the putting green. A few minor issues were quickly addressed. We will definitely look at staying at this wonderful retreat again in the future.

Better than our expectations

We throughly enjoyed our time at this home. Beautiful home and backyard. We had a minor issue upon checking in. The property manager Zach came by and resolved it that evening. The house is stocked with anything and everything you could think of needing. It felt like home by the time we left. Planning to return again next year for spring training games and hiking.

This house was exactly what we were looking for on our Christmas break! The focus of our trip was enjoying the outdoor space and the heated pool! The temps ranged from 50-75 during our stay and the heated pool was plenty warm for us at 87 degrees! Pool toys/floats were provided. The putting green and fire pit were fun additions.The house is modern, spacious, clean and so comfortable! The large bathtub in the master suite was wonderful. Everything is well organized, the kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials and there were several games to play. The host was amazing and responded quickly any time I reached out. The neighborhood is located near an elementary school and it felt so safe and festive with all the Christmas lights! We would most definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving in Goodyear

This was truly the best VRBO we have stayed in. It is even nicer than the listing shows. Exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortably furnished. It is just outside Phoenix but easily accessible. We took long walks and enjoyed the sunny days. The weather was a little too cool to use the pool so we will plan to return when it is warmer. The backyard is really great with a putting green, lovely pool, fire pit and very comfortable loungers. My husband and I stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. We only used the master bedroom which was well furnished with an amazingly comfortable bed, nice linens and a large TV. The house can easily accommodate a family as the other guest rooms were equally well furnished. Great quiet neighborhood too. Highly recommend this
