About this property

This beautiful home located in downtown Sarasota next to Selby botanical Gardens a few minutes walk some of the best restaurants in Sarasota.. Fish camp, sugar, boogie, Mediterranea, PF, Changs across the street, Downtown farmers market yoga studios, Marina jacks bayfront and so much more.

This home sleeps eight comfortably. We also are open to small weddings family, gatherings and preparation for a bridal party, especially if you’re having your wedding at Selby Gardens,

This home is very open plan has a beautiful covered porch in the back pretty landscaping. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding your possible small event. We also have an additional property that sleeps six people next to the main house that sleeps an additional six people with the total being 14 possible guests…

There will be an additional charge for parties( pls contact us ) . We also provide flower arranging gift baskets, any spa services, hair, nails and massage are available from our vendor list that we highly recommend Also we have tables and chairs and archway for a wedding and any tableware that you might need.

My daughter weekend.

This was a surprise visit for my oldest daughter for her birthday. After attending t a concert, my daughter's flew down to Sarasota to enjoy a weekend. It was a beautiful house full of love and charm. Thanks for making a birthday weekend getaway come true.

Great location!

Beautiful and clean property in one of the best areas of Sarasota! Walking distance to Selby Gardens and the Marina Jacks marina. Tons of great restaurants in walking distance. Gorgeous garden and back porch seating on the property. Beds were very comfy and plenty of space for our two families with kids to stay. We travel with white noise makers and that helped with normal downtown traffic sounds for that part of town--we all slept great! Limited space for car parking if side attached house has inhabitants so check before arrival, and primary master has a huge tub but no shower, but that worked just fine for us. Angela was responsive to our needs during the stay and we appreciate her sharing your beautiful property with us. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
