Easy access to the beach. Only thing that was missing was a wire brush to clean the grill before and after use. We had a very nice time.

Relaxing Stay at Garden Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Garden Cottage (By The Sea). We have rented our vacation homes through Ocean Odyssey Vacation Rentals for many, many years. They go out of their way to make sure the properties are clean and well maintained. We have referred many people to them since they are so helpful. They have excellent customer service and are easy to communicate with and responsive to requests or if any issues come up. We love staying in Yachats! There are excellent restaurants, beach hikes and many fun shops.

Driveway was a bit hard to see but that actually added to the charm of the house. Comfy bed to rest after full days exploring the coast...we will definitely be back

Boys trip 2024

Great little place just outside of town within walking distance to the ocean. Little bit longer of a walk into town but still a good location. House and amenities are in good shape and working order. We will definitely look for this property on our return visits.

Love this little town, and the house was perfect. I appreciate dog friendly, the shower was amazing.

Went to the art show, spent quite a bit of time at Neptune playing on the beach and the rocks, walked the 804, went to the Sunday market, hunted for agates. Did not want to leave.

Why?

The cottage was cute clean well equipped and comfortable. Even the heavy rain and wind added to the experience. An enjoyable Valentine’s get away.

Charming cottage, clean, comfortable, attractive.

My spouse and I went for 5 days. We loved this place. The view of the ocean from the kitchen window is a plus, and it’s only about a 5 minute walk to the shore. Because it’s right on highway 101 it is noisy unless all windows are closed, but the tasteful furnishings are so clean and comfortable and cozy. We would stay there again.
