Wonderful property! So cozy, wonderful porch area listening to the river upstairs or downstairs, and access to the river. The host was phenomenal and made us feel at home from beginning to end making sure our trip was perfect!

The property was updated and excellently maintained with great amenities. Very clean. The location was amazing. Great to enjoy coffee on the back deck in the mornings with the relaxing sound of the river.Most importantly, the host (Jennifer) was spot on. Her communication and attentiveness through booking, leading up to check-in, and throughout our stay was perfect. We highly recommend!!

If you were to pick out the most perfect section of a river to have in your backyard, you’d end up at the Alpine River Haus! If you want to pan for gold, look for gemstones, tube, fish, skip rocks or just enjoy the view, this is the place for you. The owners have created a little bear village out of wood that you can find in the trees. It’s a special touch that everyone gets to enjoy. You can tell that the owners take pride in this rental and want you to be comfortable and have a good time. Jennifer was incredibly friendly and happy to help with ideas and information. She makes sure you have everything you need to live like you would at home. She even gifted us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift! We were very satisfied with the entire vacation and highly recommend the Alpine Haus for others to enjoy as well.

Cleanest VRBO property i have stayed at. You can tell the host has put a lot of care into this property. The property is gorgeous with walking access to Helen. The rooms are large and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The appliances are modern. The showers are nice and hot. The hot tub is hot with good jets. It is by the river so the bugs can be rough. Bring citronella candles and bug spray.The host is very responsive and easy to work with.

Extremely clean and well appointed. Perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed Helen but even more we loved listening to the rushing waters, and relaxing on the back porch. Communication with our host went above and beyond our expectations.

A wonderful place to stay

We highly recommend this cabin/River Haus. The tenants were awesome and super helpful during our stay. The cabin was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be recommending this to friends and family that plan on visiting Helen Georgia.

Wonderful !

Very clean, great location and host is very friendly and accommodating. Have stayed in other places as we frequent Helen often but this by far was the cleanest and had the best host! There are lots of stairs so be mindful of that but otherwise perfect spot for some relaxation

Absolutely beautiful cabin that was perfectly clean. I will definitely rent this one again. Beds were comfy, cabin was supplied was with everything you could need, views were amazing, host was very attentive and I have nothing to complain about. Everything was updated and again was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect spot on the river.

Very relaxing experience.

The house was very clean; check-in quite easy. We loved the hot tub and the sound and view of the Chattahoochee River just off the deck. Convenient location to the activities in Helen by walking or very short drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Best place to relax and unwind!

Could not ask for a better place to stay. The host, Jennifer, is attentive and kind and follows through on all the details. Close to all the activities in downtown Helen, but on a quiet part of the river to enjoy the calm of the rushing water. We will definitely being staying here again when we visit Helen.

The description was perfect! The house has amazing access to the river. Very clean and comfy to hang out in. A little walk to downtown, we drove each time. Wonderful information about Helen included in our stay. We looked at the brochures and chose restaurants you recommend! Food was great! We absolutely will be booking again soon!
