Summary:
Our space is small yet cozy. Tiny living at its best. It's bright with many windows lending a glimpse of Casco Bay, and the third floor level welcomes the cool breeze off the water. Well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home. A perfect home base while you explore Portlands Munjoy Hill neighborhood and beyond! We know you'll love it!

The Space:
There is a full kitchen and bathroom, ample closet space, a desk for remote work and excellent wifi, a kitchen table for meals and a comfy little sofa to rest after a day of walking around our little city in Vactionland!

Guest Access:
The entire apartment! Shared yard with two chairs. One off street parking spot.

The Neighborhood:
Munjoy Hill is located in the East End of Portland. It is a residential neighborhood hugged by the Eastern Promenade, which is on the edge of the Casco Bay. There are tennis and basketball courts, an awesome playground for those traveling with kids, community gardens, historic landmarks, and awesome bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, markets and bars through out. We love the food trucks that park on the Prom! a short walk to the East End Beach, and Portland Paddle for boat and board rentals. The views are amazing and you can walk or bike the the paved foot path to the Old Port. We are also very close to Washington Ave, which offers many of the best restaurants, breweries, smoothy shops, fine cheese and wine distilleries and an oyster shop! We will send you our curated list upon booking! So you'll know where to go!

Getting Around:
Park your car for free on site! Bring your bikes and ride around town, walking is 45 minutes on foot from one end of Portland to the other! Uber and Lyft are always around and the number 1 bus will take you across town too!

Other Things to Note:
There are other tenants in the building. Please respect their safety and space by wearing a mask in common spaces.
