Hello, we greatly enjoyed our stay at 30A. This was our first time renting the 3BR with garage. We previously rented 2BR single story. Home was pet friendly for our dog. Beds were comfy and bathrooms including master shower were nice. No issues but sad to see the quality of flooring on first floor for a relatively new construction property.
