Recently build and Modern. The home has been created with incredible attention to details. 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath with South Facing Pool/Spa home enjoys privacy, and has all the qualities you dream of in your perfect Vacation Home. It has an open floor plan with a living-dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The interior is fully furnished with all items personally chosen including quality mattresses, bed linens and towels. First bedroom comes with a King bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom comes with a Queen bedroom. Third and forth bedrooms comes with 2 twin each bedroom and a bathroom that both bedroom shared. Spacious game room with pool table and soccer table. Laundry Room with full Washer/Dryer.  
It is just few minutes from Disney attractions and close to the shops and restaurants in the area.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed

Only 2 cars can’t be parked on driveway and no street parking is allowed.

Ok stay

The property was good just like the picture. Minor details like the pool being dirty and missing some items as well as some appliances not working. We paid for extra pool heat and on day 2 it did not work.

Overall great time

Just wanna start off by saying I was very grateful the host communicated quickly and responded to my concerns , the home was beautiful big and comfortable. Although there were some mishaps for starters my first day checking in there was trash all through out the front of the house that attracted a huge voltour that was eating at all the trash , the kitchen was infested with a bunch of ants and there were a few roaches in the home and garage , the double bed rooms and private bathroom had a really bad smell , There was mold in the fridge where you get water and ice from the fridge so I wouldn’t recommend getting water or ice from the fridge . The main bathroom had rust all on the sink the back fence was all broken , there was glass all on the floor in the back yard that I had to pick up very carefully and make sure u keep your shoes on ! I will say though the pool was very well maintained and super cleaned me and my family enjoyed the pool a lot ! Overall my experience was well I had a great time just needs some more TLC after each stay !

You'll Get What You Pay For

Buyer beware! Emails showed we requested pool heat and asked to pay for it. There was never a bill sent so we didn’t have it. Pool screens WERE missing, which let in many lizards and bugs. We asked if they could swap pool heat for this inconvenience and told no. We couldn't use the pool at all. Trash cans in the front of the house were overflowing and stayed there for the first five days of our trip. A fun smell. Ants were EVERYWHERE in the kitchen. The walkway has overgrown hedges and lighting that doesn’t work. Water heater was turned down all the way so the water was tepid at best. Master bathroom toilet paper holder kept falling out and handle squeaked severely. All but one remote control needed new batteries. No baking sheets or pot holders. Pool & Spa had pressure sounds and continuous bubbling noises we could hear at night, making it hard to sleep. Ice maker was disabled. At arrival the key lockbox was open & door unlocked. Instantly we didn’t feel safe. This is a case where a management company sees the property as home #164 & nothing more. No personal care given to the property or to customer concerns. There were lots of emails back & forth, giving MULTIPLE opportunities to help us and make our stay a positive one, yet nothing was ever done to do so. The home was in a great location. That is the single positive I have to write about this property. It was a bargain but, per usual, you get what you pay for.

Additionally, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delayed trash pickup and minor screen damage resulting from the recent hurricane. Please rest assured that all affected screens have since been repaired. Following your departure, a thorough inspection of the property was conducted, and we did not observe the issues you mentioned. Additionally, please note that our listing does not advertise baking sheets as part of the kitchen amenities. We appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best.
