Beach House 601A - Amazing Gulf Views, Top floor - Corner unit

Beach House 601a is perfect for your next getaway.  This unit on the top floor and is also a corner unit which give you amazing Gulf views. The living room has a flat screen tv, a couch, loveseat, and chair providing ample seating space for your family.  The sofa pulls out into a queen size bed.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal on the nights you may want to stay in.   Enjoy your coffee on the balcony while listening to waves crashing the beach.

The master bedroom has a king bed, tv and en suite bathroom.  The renovated bathroom features a dual sink vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a shared hall bath.  The bathroom is also newly renovated with a shower/tub combo and beautiful glass enclosure.

The unit has a stackable washer and dryer in the unit.

The Beach House Condominiums are located on 650 feet of private beachfront. This complex features a gazebo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a large seasonally heated pool and a kiddie pool.  Amenities include a video game room, fitness room, lighted tennis courts, outdoor grills (gas and charcoal), shuffleboard, and a spacious clubhouse. Each building is equipped with an elevator, making your trips to the beach seamless.

Excellent Spot

This is one of the best places we have found at the beach. The view was great from the balcony. You are right on the beach and it is not a busy area. There are chairs and umbrellas to rent. The room is very clean and there was plenty of space for our family of four. The bathrooms are very nice as well. Will definitely save this place for future trips.

Absolutely stunning views from the balcony of our well appointed apartment. We had everything we needed and the space was just right for our family. No noise from neighbors or the street which was a nice change from what we are used to on vacations in the area. Having the elevator Md carts to bring our things to the room was a big bonus as well. Hope to stay again later this summer!!

Lovely spacious condo

Our stay for a family vacation was great! The condo has a lot of space and we enjoyed the 2 bathrooms! Great view of the ocean. Only concern we had was the air vents for AC looked questionable and dirty. Would recommend replacing them.

We booked this condo at the last moment because the place we booked months ago was a disaster. Ended up being the best decision we made! We had our 80 year old parents with us and this condo was perfect for them. Walk-in shower and being close to elevator was perfect for them. Highly recommend this location!!

The Perfect Everything

This updated rental is fully furnished with anything and everything you need while vacationing to Miramar. The condo was modernly updated, impeccably clean, conveniently located and had the most breathtaking views imaginable with the beach and ocean directly below the balcony. From the condo there are just mere steps to the elevator and then just mere steps to the beach and ocean - it’s literally the “on the beach” condo you are looking for when you think about million dollar views of the beautiful clear water and white sand of the Destin / Miramar coast. We never felt crowded, appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary beach chair / umbrella rental and could not have asked for better accommodations. Out of dozens of trips to this area - this rental has by far been our families favorite. Run, don’t walk, and book this rental - you will not be sorry!

Beautiful Views

The location was fantastic but the condo lacked basic kitchen essentials, no pot to cook with (we had to boil water in a frying pan, toaster needs to be replaced, just needs a little TLC in there. The sliding glass door was too hard to open, (tracks need cleaning) my wife needed my help every time she wanted out on the balcony. Otherwise, it was very nice. Our relatives rented another unit in the same building and it was very well appointed so we spent our time there.

For starters, the view and location of this condo cannot be beat! We loved starting our mornings on the patio watching the dolphins and then going down to the beach via the easy access gate. Despite going during what I would think is peak season, the beach was surprisingly not crowded compared to the other areas. For this alone we would definitely come back. I do have some suggestions though. While the unit had plates, mugs, cooking utensils, etc. I have never stayed at a VRBO that didn’t have things like salt and pepper, oven mits, and coffee filters. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but after a stressful drive, not being able to make coffee in the morning was a bummer. I totally get needing to bring groceries and have done so but it was a mild inconvenience that I think would’ve been a nice touch for the management company to provide. Also, the signs in the restrooms mentioned not using the towels for makeup removal which again I totally understand but they mentioned darker towels were available and they were not. So just mentioning that so the alternative towels can be added back in for future guests. Lastly, the air vents had noticeable mold and this I think is a huge issue that should be resolved. Again, these are just things we noticed during our stay. We would 100% come back to this unit again and enjoyed our stay very much.
