This 1 bedroom/1 bath oceanfront condo is the perfect St. Augustine getaway for a romantic couple or small family! Guests never want to leave the balcony with its unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean, the beach, and the oceanfront swimming pool. Inside, the living area has a new queen sleeper sofa and new dinette table and chairs. If the ocean isn’t enough, you can enjoy high-speed wireless Internet access, flat-screen cable TV with HD channels, and a smart DVD player. The compact kitchenette has a small smooth-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, and Mr Coffee-style coffeemaker, and is stocked with plates/glasses, pots/pans, and utensils. Relax in the bedroom with a Queen bed with a glimpse of the Intracoastal Waterway and flat-screen cable TV with HD channels. Linens and towels provided. The living room offers a fold down futon style additional sleeping space.

Beacher’s Lodge is a condo-hotel on Anastasia Island in an area known as Crescent Beach, which features a smooth white sandy beach, perfect for walking and playing in the waves, yet just 9 miles south of St Augustine’s historic district. Beacher’s Lodge amenities include private beach walkway, heated oceanfront pool, picnic/grilling area, washer/dryer on premises (not in the condo), and ramp/elevator access from the spacious parking lot. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Beautiful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was small but nice for the two of us! Clean and mostly comfortable. The futon/couch was not great . But the views and location were wonderful!,

Easter Family Get-away

Nice 4 day stay, overall a good expierence. Was well appointed for price when compared to others. Several food places across the street, walgreens and winn-dixie with-in 5 min drive. Beach view was wonderful just besure to have sunglasses with your morning coffee!!😎 Once we got to property we have to call for keys as never got details from VRBO/Owner after we booked but wasnt really a big deal. FYI-$235 VRBO fees were pricy!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo could have been cleaned better. Kitchen faucet needs tighten. One light bulb in bathroom burned out, needed replaced. Bathroom venilator needs cleaned. One of stove burner did not work.
