This stay in Crescent Beach was great! The condo is clean and neat with a short walk to the beach and a very good view from the condo! Comfortable furnishings, items included to make it easy to do your own cooking if you choose to…
The owner was super responsive and friendly and the place had great ocean views and it was in a great location out of the busy-ness of St Augustine. We enjoyed it very much!
Thank you!
Our experience was terrific. Ray was a great communicator prior to our stay and made things very easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and right on the dunes/beach with great views and very easy access. Will definitely be back 10/10.
The condo has a beautiful view. It is an older building but perfect for what we needed. Open the slider and you have this great view and access to the beach. The owner was very responsive, and check in was fast and easy. We would definitely rent again.
The view was great. The location was perfect to everything we wanted to do. The beach was a great beach to walk on. The only complaints was the lack of beach chairs and the limited hot water but would recommend it
Beautiful view of ocean, overall was a nice stay a few updates would help, would go back again

Hi Brenda
Thank you!!! I strive for five. And I’m so grateful you enjoyed your stay. But really the credit belongs to that view. I do my best on cleaning and such, it’s just a great little spot.
You are a great guest. Thank you for the kind words. Come back soon.
The property amenities are great! The beach was beautiful! The view from the patio was perfect with the sunrise directly in front of us!! Inside the unit was a different story. The couch, head board, shower head, ceiling fan all broken. Felt like everything in the unit was picked up at a garage sale. It has so much potential. We wouldn’t stay again unfortunately
When we walked in, we worried at first about the apartment being small and a little dated with handyman repairs, but it was very clean and the shower had great pressure. The apartment is extremely close to the beach and stayed very cool within. It was just right for the two of us. The owner, Ray, is very nice and easy to contact if needed.

Great beach front view!
This was a great little beach condo! This was the perfect size for 2 people. It was well stocked with anything we needed! Benjamin was great to work with and very prompt in responding with any questions I had! After a 9 hour drive to Florida, sitting out on the patio and listening to the ocean was exactly what I needed and was looking for in my stay! The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It certainly had the best view and was exactly what was advertised! Would certainly stay again next time I am in Florida! Would highly recommend!

Thank you Lacee I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the kind words.
From trouble with check-in to when we were able to book elsewhere and get out, the place was a broken down mess. The photos on VRBO. look so cute, but it's not. Mold, rusted outdoor furniture, practically every drawer and cupboard was stuffed with junk., We only stayed 4 of the 15 nights we booked, got out as quickly as we could."Ray" the manager answered quickly when called, but was giving us incorrect information about how to check-in, incorrect wifi code, incorrect beach access code.

Great Winter Getaway Location
We enjoyed a pleasant visit to Unit 116 and Crescent Beach last week in spite of the flu bug that attacked us and the coldest weather of the season. We arrived late Tuesday afternoon and left Saturday morning. Despite our illnesses, the visit was positive. The owner went out of his way to insure that we were comfortable and warm. He was in communication about our health but not overbearing at all. Since he is local he has good knowledge of attractions and dining. Even though the weather outside dropped into the mid-twenties two nights the apartment stayed comfortably warm. All the electronics and appliances were in good working order.
We recommend renting this unit if you are a couple wanting a quiet winter getaway.

Aren't you the greatest! Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure meeting you.
Thank you for staying with us
Ben
The size of the unit was prefect for 2 adults. The view was great. GREAT beach access. We spent alot of time on the beach. Beatuful beach.
The decor was very dated. The bed was very uncomfortable, very hard. We rented this unit becuase of the view from the small patio, it would have been amazing if the chairs outside weren't old very uncomfortable dinning chairs. We would have spent more time enjoying the ocean views. Hot water ran out quick, so we had to take very quick showers. The air units are old and loud. The only reason I rated this place a 4 was becuase of the views, otherwise it was have been a 3.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Close access to the beach was such a huge plus. Also not far from St. Augustine and all the things we were wanting to see and do, but enough distance to get away from the hustle and bustle.
The condo was plenty big for the two of us. Some others have mentioned the hot water doesn't last long, which is doesn't. The water heater is small, but the unit also doesn't have much available space for a larger one. Hot water lasted plenty long enough in our opinion for at least a good 10 minutes maybe (so depends on how long you take a shower for). Just give it time to heat back up before the next shower, which doesn't take long. Communication with the host was a breeze and he even stopped by a brand new set of pots and pans for us since we did a lot of cooking during our stay.
We definitely will consider returning in the future.
