Take in the spectacular views of Crescent Beach from your balcony. This up-to-date one bedroom one bath condo is on the second of four floors in one of our most requested rental complexes. This is a pet friendly vacation rental. There are plenty of amenities included to make your condo stay feel more like home. We have a stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, cookware, televisions, WiFi, Ironing Board, and more.

From your room, you’re less than 100 steps to the ocean, with the pool in between. There are beach area showers, so you can spray off that excess sugar white sand on your way back into your condo rental.
Lookout to the ocean while swimming in the biggest oceanfront pool on Crescent Beach. This one bedroom condo has a fantastic view from the living room, kitchen, and private oceanfront balcony. Coffee at sunrise, dolphins on the horizon, squadrons of pelicans swooping in for fish….this is why you come to the beach.
Popular local surf spot, great restaurants within walking distance, convenience store just across the street, surf station, beach police station. Boat ramp & bait shop also close by. Free Wi-Fi during your stay!

There is onsite laundry facilities, ice dispensers, soda and snack machines. Large parking lot with free parking! Elevators to assist in getting all that luggage up to your room.

Loved location close enough to saint Augustine but quiet neighborhood. Bed was soft but comfortable. Beach was Gorgeous condo had everything we needed. Views were Awesome. Beach chairs provided was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views

Cozy condo overlooking the ocean. Views were incredible. Owner has nice linens and towels. Space is good for 2 people would be tight for more than that. Brenda was great to work with.

Great place, great price, perfect for us and our pup!

This condo was perfect for my husband, me and our dog. We loved being right on the beach, but having the comforts of "home." Our dog was so happy to be able to enjoy the beach, which was amazing! We usually visit the Gulf Coast, so I was worried I wouldn't like the beach as much, but this beach is awesome! Downtown St Augustine was gorgeous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and for this price, you won't find anything better!

A couple minor issues but new owners took over do we let them know, the wifi didn't connect and the sliding door was difficult to open and close otherwise all was great.

Second stay at one of your condos and 3rd time at this facility. We absolutely love it there. Unit was very nice and clean. The view is remarkable and super convenient to the beach, pool and parking. Very comfortable master bed and a great kitchen with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Location is fabulous, away from the bustle of tourist spots yet close enough to get wherever we needed in no time. Thank you!

Beautiful beach

Everything was great. There were a couple of things though. The bed was super, super soft, you sink in the bed. And not enough room to put dry goods in kitchen. But other than that it was great. The location was perfect. I would most definitely recommend this place. Loved it!!!!

A Merry Crescent Beach Covid Christmas

This was our 3rd Christmas spent at Beachers Lodge, 1st time in this unit. This unit was perfect for responsibly self isolating during the Covid-19 pandemic. The unit is very quiet, it’s on the 2nd floor in the northern end of the building very near the flight of stairs down to the ramp, so we had no need to use the elevator except on check in & check out. The view from the balcony of the Atlantic & Crescent Beach & the dunes are beautiful. The living area is comfortably furnished & roomy enough for the two of us and our pup. When traveling one of our major concerns is the mattress. I don’t know the brand of mattress but would love to have one for home, the 8 nights of sleep were some of the best I’ve ever had. The unit is supplied with everything you might need for a great stay.

Great affordable space in a quieter area

Overall my wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It included most everything we needed to cook as well as some nice amenities such as beach chairs and umbrellas. Be aware that the pool and the condos entrance to the beach are on the far side of the complex from this unit, certainly not a dealbreaker but it is slightly inconvenient. The unit was very clean as were the dishes. The AC units worked well although they were a bit loud which is to be expected for wall units. I also really appreciate all the information provided by the owner for local attractions, events, and restaurants they were very helpful as we have never been to the Saint Augustine area before. My only real complaint is that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely look at using this condo again.

Fabulous accommodations and a great host. The condo was meticulously clean and the location is close enough to the old city, but far enough away to enjoy the pace and quite of the beach. Perfect for a get away for two people.

Quick Get-a-Way

This is a very small unit, comfortable for 2. Beautiful view from the balcony. Convenient to downtown St. Augustine.The numbers on the entry key pad are very difficult to see and read. The 2 a/c units keep the cool.
