*For guests staying 2 weeks or more, we require at least 1 cleaning every 2 weeks, in order to keep things in order. This includes changing sheets/towels, a wipe down of surfaces, and vacuuming/mopping. There is a $165 cleaning per instance.*

Due to the gravel roads and steep terrain of the area, roads to this cabin can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate; an all-wheel-drive, front-wheel-drive, or 4-wheel-drive vehicle is strongly recommended. The last 1.2 miles of the drive are gravel; it can be a bumpy ride, but well worth it for the view.

HOUSE RULES:
—Ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. Review the listing carefully to ensure all of your guests will be comfortable.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property, both inside and outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking ANYWHERE on the premise AND you will need to vacate immediately.
-Set the interior thermostat to 78 degrees for A/C and 65 degrees for heat. The hot tub to 98 degrees when not in use.
WHILE STAYING:
- This cabin is on a septic system; it cannot handle food scraps, wipes, nor toiletries. There is a basket in the kitchen sink drain to stop food from going down; empty this basket into the trash as needed and at the end of your stay. Toilets can only handle septic-safe toilet paper. Do not flush hygiene products, wipes, nor excessive tissue, EVEN ONES MARKED AS FLUSHABLE, as this will cause a blockage and render all plumbing unusable.
- Because this is a rural area, we recommend turning off any lights that are not directly in use, as bugs are attracted to light, especially at night. *Wildlife is prevalent. NO FOOD/TRASH MAY BE LEFT OUTSIDE & Please clean the grill immediately after each use*
- Please remove shoes upon arrival; there’s a shoe holder by the front door.
- To operate the indoor fireplace, open the glass doors, turn on using the remote, then close the glass doors. *The heat downstairs will not operate while the fireplace is in use.* (Indoor fireplace only available October-April)
- In case of electrical outages, we have a whole-home generator. It runs for 15 minutes automatically on Wednesdays for preventative maintenance.
- Ensure the outdoor fireplace is extinguished after every use; there is a metal pail for ashes.
- Hot tub towels (striped) are provided. *Please do not take glass into the hot tub* (plasticware is provided)
- The ice maker/refrigerator water are disconnected to avoid leaks; ice trays are provided.
CHECK-OUT:
- ***All trash must be BAGGED and TIED in kitchen-sized 13 gallon bags, then placed in the outdoor bear-resistant trash bins. The trash company does not have a dump truck; they pick up each bag individually. Please be mindful of this.***

They are open Monday thru Saturday 7:30am-6pm and Sunday 1-6pm
