My name is George Pelgrim and I'm from Florida but was mostly raised in Sint Maarten, an Island in the Caribbean. I enjoy Sea Life a lot, I like going to the beaches, I like being on boat trips, its always nice to be part of the Sea Life. I started hosting in 2021 and its definitely something I like and will continue to do.

Simpson Bay Village is home to the Fisherman of Sint Maarten and also an epicenter of tourism with world-class marinas, a lot of nice restaurants, nightclubs, bars, Casinos. There's also pharmacies, grocery stores, banks, ATMS, car rentals, and gas stations nearby. Simpson Bay Beach is also close along with other activities to explore. Almost everything is within walking distance and close by. Simpson Bay is also close to another famous tourism area called Maho, known for its beach where you can see planes land and take off!

Besides having a convenient location, the unique thing about this property is that you get to see views of the Yachts in the Marina. You can relax on the balcony seeing Yachts come and go with also having the view of Simpson Bay Lagoon. And then there's another balcony on the main road side for a view of Simpson Bay Village. All in one Condo!
