Its best for solo travelers or couples looking to explore Charleston and hang out on Folly beach. You can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to 10+ beach restaurants in less than 3. As close at it is to the beach, shopping, restaurants; the street is very quiet; at night you'll only be able to hear the waves or someone singing/playing guitar in the distance. Others called it a bungalow. It is more like a party house. Not comfortable. No table and chairs. A couch which was more like a settee and hard as a rock, and had to be used when eating. We could have stood at the counter to eat, hence, party house. In addition,there were roaches at night in the kitchen. This place makes it's money from it's location, and definitely NOT it's accomodations.

Folly Beach Apt

This location is essentially a tiny apartment. It was very clean. The location was great with beach access only a short walk away. Downtown was a short walk away as well. There were areas in need of improvement. There were no chairs to sit at the island to eat. The small couch was very uncomfortable, very hard. The towels and wash clothes were very thin and worn out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The price was great especially for the location. Cleanliness and safety are my top priorities and I was pleased in regards to both these issues. I would stay here again.

Clean, Cute and Comfy!!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. It had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. It’s very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We will be staying here again!
