Great place, kids loved pool, fishing.Couple issues with slow fill toilet downstairs and upstairs air locked at 72 but it didnt seem like it could keep up. Downstairs AC was great.

Beautiful family friendly home

We were unfortunately only in the area for 2 days, but this house perfect! There was plenty of space, the kitchen had many appliances and there were even beach towels and chairs for our use. Beautiful home and we would definitely recommend!

Excellent family get away

Edward was a perfect host. He was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was comfortable for 5 adults sometimes needing their own space. The location was perfect allowing us to spend time from Delray to Miami. Would highly recommend you contact Edward for your next VRBO!

House was very clean and had plenty of room. Location was perfect - nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to beach etc. Pool was nice and clean also. Kevin the manager was great and gave us lots of information about the neighborhood, places to go etc. He made sure we were very pleased with the place. Excellent customer service!

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

Great location! Wonderful facilities. Edward and Kevin both attentive to our needs. Upstairs facilities lacked the cleanliness of the well kept downstairs. Pool and spa were icing on the cake.

Wedding Week

The house was perfect for our family and extended family. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The backyard was very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Having a grocery store and lots of restaurants near by was a big plus! All the beach items were available at the house as well. The listing pictures of this house were on point! We would absolutely stay here again.

I’m a platinum elite member with SPG and we’re used to spending $800+ per night on a room at The W or the ritz Carlton. For a fraction of the price, we stayed in this beautiful home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, our own private pool/jacuzzi, and a boat dock. It was extremely easy and convenient booking with Edward and I will Absolutely stay here everytime I’m in S. Florida. HIGHLY recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for a Family retreat !!

Went on a quick family vacation to take in the Florida sunshine and catch the Chiefs/Dolphins game. This house was perfectly located ! Close enough to quickly get to any activities, but far enough away to avoid crowds to allow for evening decompression !! The pool and hot tub were great. All communication with Edward and Kevin was quick and spot on. The house was PLEANTY roomy enough for the 8 of us and cleanliness was not a worry at all !! Consider this a 5 star option when shopping the area !! Thanks !

AMAZING!!!

I don't know where to start with our experience!! From the moment we stepped in the house we were speechless!!! I requested some birthday decorations for my husband and boy did they deliver. As soon as we walked in he was surprised with balloons and signs!! The owner accommodated us by allowing us to check in early since our flight landed before 4pm. The house has anything you can possibly need and more. My 2 year old thsts currently potty training even found a potty seat in the bathroom. The kitchen is more than fully stocked and the outside is paradise! The owner and manager are so responsive and made our stay everything we expected and beyond. Even when our flight was originally delayed, the owner was understanding and allowed us to stay past check out. Then when it was canceled, he was willing to allow us to stay. Exceptional is an understatement!! We hope to stay again!!!

Nice pool and attached hot tub.

Nice place, plenty of room when my grandkids came for a visit. Upstairs had a musty smell. But a very well suited kitchen. Washer/ dryer. Had a lot of beach towels for pool.

Waterfront Home Pompano Beach

This home was on a canal in Pompano Beach the location was accessible to shopping, restaurants and beach. The home was well kept the space was generous the pool & spa were lovely. The home was better than described in the listing Edward (the host) was quick to respond to our questions. This listing is worth paying attention as you consider a quite enjoyable relaxing time in the Pompano Beach area. I recommend this host and would welcome another stay. Thank you Edward - Cheers!!!
