Everything you need to occupy your time is here, right at your fingertips.
Interesting authentic movie memorabilia helps decorate the house and give guests something to enjoy & talk about (if interested) and the office has computer, wireless high speed Internet, etc. if you need to stay in touch.
It has been said: “A picture is worth a thousand words” so what follows is a brief description of the house and property as a quick read so you can spend more time on the pics and contacting us! THIS IS NOT OUR RESIDENCE but a RESORT with the theme of Lifestyle...get away ...relax & have a little FUN! We live in Southern California and come here to really kick-back and enjoy a tropical lifestyle, beautiful ocean, and nearby islands in a truly great climate.


Your Personal Hotel / Getaway: Recently we completely remodeled/upgraded the house in with all new furniture, beds, linens, kitchen utensils etc. (keeping a little of the 60’s “retro” feel just for fun.) Since this is not our home and does not contain our personal belongings, it 's ambiance is that of a PRIVATE HOTEL.

Yacht Charter Opportunities.: As lifelong yacht owners, certified scuba divers, and years of experience on both East & West Coasts, in the Bahamas and Caribbean, as well as Hawaii, my husband and I have created this property as our personal tropical getaway.

Very easy rental process and perfect for our group of 7. The back patio with pool, hot tub and tiki were great for relaxing at the house.

The owner was great answered all of my questions right away. House was just as pictured had anything and everything you could imagine and would need. Property is beautiful very relaxing. Pool and Jacuzzi is just amazing. Cannot say enough about it.

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home. It is very clean and comfortable and perfect for our family vacation. It is very well furnished with lots of interesting memorabilia. The kitchen is very spacious and well stocked with anything you might need. The outdoor patio is beautiful with plenty of seating and the view is amazing. We loved watching all the boats go by. Gorgeous pool, hot tub and tiki bar. We would definitely stay here again!

50th Bday Party

The house , location, amenities, and host make this easily a 6 star rental. Judy was very attentive and provided answers to any questions we had, even offered up suggestions! We didn't take advantage of the boat this time, but this wont be the last time i stay there either! Definitely worth staying here!

We rented this house for our one year anniversary and it was just amazing, we had the best vacation EVER. The house was clean and so many amenities. We didn't leave unless we had to buy groceries because the views, the pool, the grill and so on was all there.... We will be back for sure!!!

Another fantastic stay on the water

I think the fact that we are return renters here speaks volumes for this property. Just a fantastic home for our recent family getaway with our adult children. Sit back and relax and watch the boats go by. Great pool, hot tub and Tiki Bar all at your finger tips with all the downtown percs minutes away. Have probably rented 20 times now throughout the country and Judy is easily the best host I have dealt with. Unreal location, spacious, clean and modern. You can't go wrong with this one.

Spring Break Weekend

The location and outdoor area of this property are superb, however, the maitenance of the house is not optimal for renters. Upon arrival, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a fair amount of food in the refrigerator / freezer, wet towels hung up in the bathrooms. The plumbing in the second bathroom also backed up within the first couple hours of being there and made the toilet and shower unusable for the first 24 hours of our stay which was a challenge with 8 people sharing the house. The house is in a beautiful area but needs a lot of updates. We were suprised that there were no beach chairs or accessories to utilizie considering the beach was less than 2 miles from the house. The highlight was definitely the pool, hot tub and outdoor dock / deck area. Fortunately the weather was beautiful so we spent the majority of our time outside.

We are sorry to learn that your feel our property fell short of your expectations. With this in mind, we would like to address a few items mentioned in your review. At 8pm on Friday evening you informed us that there was an issue with the secondary bathroom plumbing. We immediately contacted an emergency weekend plumbing service and the issue was resolved by 3pm on Saturday with the cause of paper towels being flushed down the toilet. The beach chairs were apparently overlooked as they are kept on the side of the house with the 2 kayaks, paddles, life jacket and children's sand toys. The previous guests had let us know that they would be leaving a couple lemons and limes and some unopened bottled water and drinks as well as frozen popsicles for the next guests to enjoy. We thought this was a nice gesture and let the cleaning service know that these few items were ok to leave in refrigerator/freezer. Unfortunately, the cleaning service inadvertently overlooked several items in the dishwasher, a first! Of course, we are pleased you enjoyed the pool, hot tub, yard and beautiful weather. With reference to the suitability of our property, we trust that potential visitors will consider not only the 5 star review of the guests immediately following this, but also the additional 134 5 star reviews and 1 4 star review preceding this in making their selection for their vacation rental. Perfect for our girls trip!

We had a great experience with our stay here! From the time we booked, the hosts were great. They were kind and communicative and always responded to my messages in a timely manner. Check in was very easy. The space was great for our group as well. We loved the outdoor area, especially the hot tub. Everyone slept well in the bedrooms, and we all fit comfortably in the living and dining areas. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was some very cool movie memorabilia decorating the house as well. The area was nice and we were able to go for a walk around the neighborhood one day. It was only a quick Uber ride to a nearby beach. The hosts also provided notes around the house such as what the living room light switches controlled and how to operate the grill, which is very helpful in an unfamiliar house. We also scheduled a yacht charter with our hosts. They were very accommodating when the weather required us to reschedule. The yacht trip was one of the highlights of our weekend! For check out, we were asked to do a few small chores like washing towels and stripping the master bed, which I find to be typical of rentals like this. Otherwise, check out was very easy! Overall, our group enjoyed our time here and I would absolutely stay here again!

Better than advertised

We’ve rented a lot of homes in Fort Lauderdale and pompano area over the years and Judy’s place was hands down the best of them all. Conveniently located to everything! And had it all. Plenty of space, a beautiful kitchen. Amazing tiki bar area, pool and hot tub with a beautiful view. And every single thing was easy to navigate. Lastly Judy is an amazing host. Accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout. The pictures do not do this rental home justice!!! If you are doing your search. Stop here. You’ve found the place you need to stay at!

4 Gen Holiday weekend

Selected this property as it had charm and personality and felt like a HOME. Hit the jackpot. So easy to get to from airport or driving- plenty of nearby conveniences. Waking up each morning and watching the sunset over the water each night just doesn’t get old. The pool was amazing- the tiki bar a delight. Each bedroom was a perfect fit for our family. Our hosts must have hospitality in their DNA- exceptional detail to anticipating and accommodating your needs. Truly a spot that entertains all from 4 to 84!! Great place to get away from it all!

My husband and I ,along with our daughter and granddaughter, stayed at this property to spend some family time together. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We had fun watching boats go by while fishing off the pier in the back yard with our granddaughter. The house is large and comfortable with most everything you need. Great location close to beach, stores and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would love to visit again.

Fabulous time

Intercoastal beauty

We were in town for my mom's 80th birthday and had an amazing time at this Pompano Beach property. It was extremely convenient and centrally located to lots of great restaurants and shops. Rick and Judy were a delight and helped us plan for this very special birthday. They took us on their yacht which was so much fun, we had a fantastic luncheon. The house was perfect for 6 adults and well maintained and stocked. We can't wait to return again sometime soon!

Great Place to Vacation!

The house is big with lots of space both inside and out. Large kitchen area. Wonderful pool patio with many chairs and hang-out spots. Convenient to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Owners Judy and Rick were always available to answer questions and a water tour on their yacht was well worth the price. We'll be back.

Everything was really nice. I loved it because the house came with the yacht. The yacht ride was peaceful. I do suggest to get the insurance, you never know what happened. I am glad I purchased it. The owners were chilled and always available if needed. Thank you again for allowing us to stay on your property. I will rent again in the near future and refer them.

Great location!

The house was very nice and clean. We lost power for a period of time on two days of stay. The power company arrived on the scene quickly both times. The owners are present on the property and will walk up on you to chat. They stayed on their yacht which is located behind the property during our stay.
