Our Ballast Point Neighborhood is a spectacular part of South Tampa that is a short walk to the amazing Bay Shore Blvd. There are amazing restaurants and coffee shops close by. Tampa International Airport and Downtown Tampa within 15 - 20 minutes

Our Newly Updated Ranch is the perfect size for entertaining family and friends while on your vacation. This 4 bedroom/2 full bath updated home is great for relaxation and perfectly equipped for working remote. The Neighborhood is a Hidden Gem, close to everything but amazingly quiet.
