It is located on the alley and access to the home is only from the alley. The larger bedroom has a dresser, double size bed, and a nice size walk in closet. It has another smaller closet for storage. The second, smaller bedroom has a twin day bed with a twin trundle. It also has a built in closet and dresser. This bedroom has a fold down desk and can serve as an office as well. The living room is a nice and relaxing space with a futon that can be used as another sleeping space. There is a small dining table that can be used for dining or as a workspace. The kitchen is good size and includes a fridge, microwave, apartment size oven, toaster, etcand keurig coffee maker. The bathroom has a tub/shower and plenty of storage. A washer and dryer are included in the mud room/laundry room. The loft is currently unfinished. Guests do not have access to the yard at this time.
