The full-featured kitchen boasts rich blue cabinets and all the amenities and appliances needed to prep your favorite dishes to enjoy at home or straight from your picnic basket on the beach. You'll also find a gas grill to add a little spice to your home-cooked meals! The furnished balcony and screened deck offer inviting spaces to soak up the sunshine and breathe in the salty sea air blowing in off the Atlantic. On rainy days, bust out a few board games, or kick back in the living area, switch on the electric fireplace, and watch some TV. This home also includes a toaster oven, washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, an outdoor shower, changing area, and a beach cart.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are two outdoor cameras. One is in the rear of the house next to the bench swing in the driveway. The other is on the front of the house on the second story looking down on the driveway and deck area. These cameras are used for security purposes and monitoring of public spaces only. Both devices are visible and do not cover areas with a reasonable expectation of privacy (such as bathrooms, bedrooms, or common areas used for sleeping).




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
