Come relax at North Topsail Beach! Our self-catering, beach cottage sits at the end of the island allowing for amazing views of the ocean, the end of the island, the sound, and even a pond across the way! Fall asleep listening to the waves or the spring frogs from the pond.

North Topsail's beaches are a seaside gem. You will find soft sand, shallow tidepools for exploring, shark's teeth or shells for collecting, and deliciously warm water in which to float for hours. FAMILIES will especially love our location as the beaches are less crowded and you can walk right around the tip of the island for all day tidal pools in which to explore and splash. PERFECT FOR THOSE who need an afternoon to sit by the water!

Snatch up some fresh seafood at one of the local markets or restaurants!

Our Home...
The best way to make the most of your beach getaway! Don't get cramped in a hotel or tiny condo! Three large bedrooms plus a bonus game room downstairs will give you plenty of space. A fully stocked kitchen let's you eat at your leisure and make the most of your time at the beach. Beach access is down the street or diagonally across the street at the public access points (a few minutes walk) and since we are at the end of the island you can spread out and relax! The crowds from the condos or large public access sites will be further south.
If you've never been to North Topsail you will fall in love. We hope you enjoy your visit!

We are located in the town of North Topsail Beach and the entire ocean side of the island is one beach. We are across the street from the beach, not a 15 minute walk or drive!

3 Bedrooms:
- Master bedroom has a queen bed and attached, private bath with tub/shower

- Second bedroom has a twin bed with twin trundle and attached, shared full bath with shower (no tub)

- Third bedroom has a pyramid bunk (double on the bottom and twin on the top). This bedroom uses the shared, attached bathroom from the second bedroom noted above. This bathroom is just across the hall.

There is the option to use the third, full bathroom downstairs (shower only, no tub).

This house has pond and ocean VIEWS. It is not directly waterfront. The pond is across the street and the ocean is across the other street.

There are no balconies directly from the bedrooms. The front of the house has a porch (covered deck) which is accessible from the front door in the living room. The back of the house has an open deck which is accessible from the back door at the end of the hallway. No bedrooms open up to or have doors to outside decks, balconies, or patios.

The boys lived the addition of the playroom downstairs. It's always a pleasure staying at this house. Perfect location for fishing at the inlet and just getting away from everyone else on Topsail. Clean and comfortable!

The place and location are very nice ! Although the neighbor with the two barking dogs were quite annoying . We could not sit out on the deck without them continuously barking at us trying to enjoy the time . Watching the sunrise again the dogs continually bark . The neighbors seem to not care either . Other then the ridiculous barking everything was amazing !

Communication with owner was fantastic, she assisted with food locatans and paddle boarding areas. Neighbors liked to smoke alot! They have small dogs that like to yip. It's a great location, beach access is 4 doors down and the sound is around the corner in the opposite direction. It was clean with the exception of the floor and under one of the beds. Had to search around to attempt and match sheets to beds. Loved that they allowed dogs, would stay again.

Love this property, the location is at the end of the island giving us a great route to walk around the northern edge of the island. The home is beautiful. It is on the corner with enough yard for our dogs to play in and so many windows letting in the beach atmosphere. It was very quiet and peaceful for us during our stay as there is hardly any through traffic. The home was totally stocked with everything you might need for a stay at the beach from coffee filters, to charcoal for the grill, to towels for your pets. I want to stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay. Anything that was needed was already there. The basement was stocked with games and fun kid's activities. It was easy to check in, and the host was always prompt in answering any questions I had. Easy access to the beach is less than a 3-minute walk, you can see the beach from the porch. Jack grew up on the coast of Maine, and we both love the water. We were stationed at Camp Lejeune for our first duty station and lived on North Topsail for two of our first five years here. This area of the coast is just fabulous; the warm water and soft sands make the beaches that much more enjoyable.

Why they chose this property

We've looked for years at different properties but this was just the right one. The views are truly gorgeous. This home has all the views- ocean, end of the island, a pond and the sound! It's spacious so families can spread out. I love cooking so I need a large enough kitchen which this home has. We also appreciate having a yard which many of the homes don't have. We can make a fire in the fire pit, roast apples and look over at the ocean waves. The beaches are not crowded since we are at the very end of the island. Public beach access has no parking here, hence daily visitors frequent other parts of the beach. Plenty of room to run and play!
