This neighborhood is the essential community that provides the mix of surburban and metro. All lot sizes are large which means you have ample space between this property and the neighbor. So kickball, frisbee or just hanging out doable in the front or back yards. Within walking distance is a city park that includes tennis, basketball, softball and covered cooking/BBQ facilities and nearby hiking trails.
If you seek metro amenities, you are but a 5 MINUTE DRIVE FROM EVERYTHING - all of the major venues and thoroughfares!!!
