Welcome to the H.I.P. District—one of Laguna Beach’s most vibrant, community-centered neighborhoods. You’ll be within easy walking distance of everything: just one block from one of Laguna’s best surf beaches and surrounded by dozens of restaurants, cafés, and shops within a two-block radius.

This beautifully remodeled, authentic Craftsman studio is filled with natural light and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The space features a queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, filtered water, A/C, and a private patio. Located next to Laguna’s premier surf school and local radio station, you’ll occasionally enjoy live music and a true connection to the local scene.

The Space

The private second-floor entry is set back from the street, offering peaceful neighborhood views. Inside, the fully renovated studio includes warm wood floors, a comfortable queen bed with a foam topper and all-cotton bedding, a 55” flat-screen TV, a small dining area, and a sectional sofa that converts to a queen bed.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, disposal, and water filtration system. You’ll also find ample storage and closet space throughout.

Guest Access

You’ll have the entire second-floor studio to yourselves, with complete privacy. Access is via a private stairway entrance.

Other Things to Note

While the kitchen is ready for a home-cooked meal, you’re steps away from some of Laguna’s best dining—so feel free to take the night off and indulge. One parking space is included, but this is truly a walkable location—arguably more so than any local hotel—so you can park once and explore on foot.

For a fun local experience, check out the electric bike tours offered next door at the surf shop. The unit also comes stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, and complimentary boogie boards for easy beach days.
