This is a wonderful townhome in a walkable neighborhood just outside Seattle’s core. Our little pooch loved the walks just like we did and we were lucky enough to enjoy some sunny autumn days. The home itself has such nice appliances, showers, sinks and hardware for a rental. It felt like home and we will return next time we travel to Seattle. Thank you!

Hello. I am a professional property manager specializing in short term rentals. My lifelong passion for residential real estate has gifted me the opportunity to manage, maintain and personally care for a vast portfolio of rental homes since 2010. My experience has taken me from Mammoth Lakes, CA, to Lake Tahoe, to Stevens Pass, WA and now Seattle. I love what I do and am grateful to be a part of your journey.

Why they chose this property

Green Lake is located about 15 minutes North of Downtown Seattle. A proud community of inviting outdoorsy local flair boasts an array of cafe's, coffee shops, fine restaurants, retail shopping, wellness services and other public conveniences. Green Lake Park has a year round 2.8 mile waterfront walking trail and a 3.1 mile outer permitter trail. Non motorized water sports such as paddle boards and kayaks are permitted on the lake. The park also provides a serene setting for picnics. And it's dog friendly! Woodland Park Zoo is located nearby as well.
