Ideally situated right in the heart of Granby, this cozy, single-story home is full of the simple charms of Rocky Mountain living. In this prime location for outdoor recreation, you'll have easy access to skiing and golfing at Granby Ranch (less than five miles), all sorts of watersports on Lake Granby (seven miles), the breathtaking landscapes of Rocky Mountain National Park (16 miles), and the world-class slopes of Winter Park Resort (22 miles).

One of the highlights of this home is its outdoor space. The fenced yard is a wonderful spot to sip your morning coffee at the picnic table, light the gas grill for afternoon barbecues, and gather around the fire table in the evenings to roast marshmallows, swap stories, and marvel at the sparkling night sky.

The interior is bright, casual, and inviting - a lovely space to unwind after a day of adventure. Curl up with a good book or movie by the electric fireplace in the living room, cook together in the well-equipped kitchen with every essential, and sit down for dinner, dessert, and card games at the dining room table. For your convenience, you'll have complimentary WiFi, a stacked washer/dryer, and a small den (in addition to the bedroom) for additional sleeping space.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
