Four walkable blocks to the Lakehouse Bar and Grill at the water's edge. You can walk or take your ATV anywhere in town. There are 47 miles of trails that you can leave the property and go all day in the beautiful mountains surrounding Bayview

There is ample parking for boat trailers vehicles, ATV, and snowmobiles.
IF YOU USE THE BBQ, OR THE BLACKSTONE MAKE SURE THAT THE PROPANE IS TURNED TO THE OFF POSITION. (THERE IS ONE FULL PROPANE TANK EXTRA PROVIDED) IF YOU ARE HERE FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME, I WILL LEAVE 2 EXTRA. IF YOU SHOULD RUN OUT, PLEASE TEXT ME AND I WILL GET IT REFILLED.

TO CONTROL THE AIR CONDITIONER THERE IS A WINDOW UNIT IN THE LOFT. DURING THE HOT SEASON PLEASE LEAVE ALL WINDOWS OPEN AT NIGHT AND IN THE MORNING TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER AND SHUT THE WINDOWS AND DOOR. THE HOSUSE SATAYS NICE AND COOL EVEN IN THE UPPER 90S
