The house was dirty especially the bathrooms. The yard was unkempt, and the air conditioning was only in the rooms, which barely kept up with the heat, making it feel like there was no AC at all. The playground was rusty, and many things inside the house and throughout the property were also rusty. They claimed it was rustic, but there’s a difference between rusted and rustic. There were three bathrooms, but only one was functional. The other one didn’t even work to shower and the other bathroom barely any water came out when we tried to shower. The toilet kept breaking down, and we had to manually fill the tank by putting the lever on the water supply. There was also a rusty machete by the kids’ playground, which was extremely dangerous. They only brought in a Wi-Fi box in the middle of my stay, so I had no internet access. The only tv they had did not even work . Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend it. Nothing is updated like they have in the description and those pictures must be old and not recent

We are very sorry about your review. Our house is a rustic 30 years old house, with updated features. You complain about cleaning and we offer to send our cleaning team in the moment but you decline every time, in no moment you where able to receive our cleaner, handy man or any other personnel except for the person who brought a new internet box 4 days after your ck in. The person who brought the box also took the machete out of the tree, probably left by maintenance people and we do apologize for it. We also gave you a extended discount on initial reservation and also a refund for the day that the light went off even thought we have gas stove and solar plant for fridge. The ac is in every room as mostly all houses in Puerto Rico, we don't use central ac and that way is also announced in our page. For the price you got you where able to accommodate 12 persons and that price don't even cover 1 hotel room. We are a family business and groups are always happy to stay in our place as is not luxurious but confutable and accessible to good areas. I really wished you give us the opportunity of sending our personal to check on the details you didn't like.
