Gourmet/SS kitchen, laundry, a fully fenced-in yard, and extremely easy access to I-465, Fashion Mall, Carmel, and downtown. Large driveway, almost unlimited parking space. The space
The home sits on just under an acre in one of the most unique neighborhoods in Indianapolis - Royal Pines. Right down the street, there are hundreds of tall pine trees. Both the smell and beauty are hard to describe.

There is an "in-law suite" on the first floor with a king-sized Tempurpedic bed, double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
