We are a family of five (2 adults and three kids) who booked a last minute getaway to Cape May. We Josephine is a great host, she is responsive and helpful. The cottage is cute and simple, it is nicely decorated with a lot of vintage beach elements. Beds were comfortable, linens clean, towels in abundance. AC worked well on the upper level, kitchen was a bit hot but not bad. Kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor shower was a huge plus! We did not use provided e-bikes but utilized beach umbrella, boogie boards, chairs and sand toys. The location is convenient to the bay, however the water on the bay side is somewhat murky and the beach seems to have too many dead horseshoe crabs. We felt it was not very suitable for swimming but sunset are amazing there and morning beach walk was pleasant. The town itself is not as nice as North Cape May where we usually stay, lots of construction, no side walks, some houses appear poorly taken care of. But it is a short ride to Cape May and all attractions of Wildwood. On site parking was convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. We felt the cottage had everything we could need!
