Just a short walk to the bay, where you can hunt for beach treasures and enjoy gorgeous sunsets, and a short drive to Wildwood and Cape May, there are plenty of activities to plan for day and nighttime fun. The house features 3 queen beds, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 small screened decks on the second floor, a deck and bbq grill in the back. With fencing all around it, your pets and kids can enjoy the outdoors and you can relax. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Beautiful and clean 3 bedroom house right by the beach. Nice quite neighborhood and great fenced in yard for dogs! All of the bedrooms are a good size, have a TV and remote control AC. There's two nice screened in decks upstairs and a large one downstairs. Hosts are very thoughtful left nice notes and recommendations for the area. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Can't praise this place enough! The home was spacious, impeccably cleaned and well-stocked. The deck and outdoor space were lovely. The pictures in the listing don't do it justice. I appreciate when hosts are communicative and Joan did not disappoint. She even threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and her homemade salsa! We felt well cared for and will be booking again for next year. Thank you so much for hosting us, Joan!

We (family of 4 plus a dog) spent that last week vacationing in Cape May, which is a short 15 minute drive from the Villas. If you like a quiet, laid back neighborhood with little to no traffic this place is for you. The bay and beach are a short walk away. The house is totally renovated, modern appliances, AC in every room, bbq out back and a fenced in yard for the dog. It checked all the boxes and our host was fantastic! There are plenty of options for dining out and we particularly enjoyed the family run Mexican restaurant at the end of the street and the ice cream store across from wawa. I highly recommend this property!

From the beginning, Joan was amazing. She was so accommodating and helpful, and we knew we picked the right location simply because of the extra mile Joan was willing to go to accommodate our family trip. She was always very responsive anytime we reached out.Once we arrived, we immediately felt at home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed. It was also much more spacious than we expected. The nice short walk to the beach was very pleasant, and the beach itself was amazing. It honestly felt like we had our own private oasis.The location and convenience were great as well. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay here. You will not regret it! We will for sure be looking to stay at Joan’s house again and again.

This was our first time staying here. The house is beautiful and very clean. Lots of space! Great location - we walked to the beach to see the sunset every evening — so beautiful! Host is very accommodating and prompt with communication. We will surely be staying here again.

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhool

This property is newly renovated. It is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It can sleep up to 9 ppl but I wouldnt recommend that due to only one full bath. Outside shower is awesome!!!

Our stay at Joan’s place was amazing! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day trip. There was AC in every room that kept us cool in the August heat. She was extremely responsive and accommodating, and quick to answer any question we had. It was a short walk to the Delaware bay to relax on the beach and watch the beautiful sunset. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the back room was great for playing games! The house was a great place to hang out and also in a great location—we were able to go down to downtown cape may in our cars and find parking with no problems. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

This home was an ideal beach vacation spot for our family. The house is situated on a quiet street, walking distance to the bay. It is clean & spacious & includes many amenities like a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, coffee maker, iron, beach chairs, & indoor & outdoor games. The yard is fenced in, which was perfect for our dog. There is also a screened in balcony where you can sit & enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The host, Joan is quick to respond & answered all our questions. There are multiple restaurants close by, as well as food stores, a gym, & even a thrift store where we found some unique items for great prices. We highly recommend going to the bay at night where you can bring your dog & enjoy gorgeous sunsets. The beaches, boardwalk, shops, zoo, lighthouse, & a number of other attractions are a short drive away. The only downfall is I wish we had more time to do it all. We will definitely be back.

Our stay consisted of four adults and two children and i cannot express how perfect this house was for us. from check in to check out everything was easy and smooth. The house has everything you would or could need in a vacation rental. It is a short walk to the beach and within minutes of some great restaurants. We will be looking for it again on our next trip to the area.
