Strip any used beds, placed soiled linens and towels in one pile near the middle bedroom laundry closet. We will take care of washing laundry.
We request the cottage be left broom swept.
Used dishes, utensils and glasses should be placed in the dishwasher and turned on
Remove personal items, leftover food and drinks. Place bagged trash and recyclables in outside containers.
Turn off all lights, make certain the front door is locked and deadbolted from the inside. Hang keys on the adjacent key rack. Exit through the back porch door and lock the door electronically.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Occupancy is currently limited to 6 guests.
Pets inside or outside, are strictly prohibited.
On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
Guests shall familiarize themselves with safety features at this property including carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and fire extinguisher.
This property has outdoor amenities like porches, grill and firepit. Use caution, guests are solely responsible for the safety of all in their party.
