Need curb Appeal

The first impression from outside of property isn’t good! Front screens are bent and falling off blinds in front bedroom are broken. Weeds in front rock yard. House is very cute inside and looks newly remodeled. Beds were good and cute kitchen. Backyard is very cute. Bathroom sink is very slow to drain
