We stayed for two nights to attend a concert. I was in a great location that was close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet. I was unsure of what beds would be available since there was only one picture of a bedroom but there are two twin beds in a front bedroom and a queen in the back bedroom. The house was also larger than I expected. We loved the historic charm of it as well. The walls are a little thin so you can hear people in the adjoining residence if you are in the dining room and they are in the room adjacent, but that didn’t really affect us. Overall great stay.
Comfortable and quiet neighborhood. We were there for a conference. The house was conveniently located about 6 minutes from the conference location and fit our needs wells.
Wonderful stay! Neighborhood is quiet & easy to access downtown and Interstate. Cute front porch area to sit and relax. Host was very helpful and prompt when answering questions. Lovely stay overall.
This has become my new favorite place to stay when visiting the area. My brother and I were in town for a concert and immediately felt at home. It’s a quiet location just minutes from anything you might need- food, gas, groceries, etc. Our host was easy to communicate with and I will gladly come back in the future. The property was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed the decor. A home away from home.
My wife and i plus another couple went to dallas for a thanksgiving getaway. The location was perfect to get to the dallas zoo, downtown, and American airlines arena.
A lot more space than anticipated. Lots of good amenities in the kitchen. Foosball table was fun. It is in a good established neighborhood. Good communication from the property owner when I had questions. Street parking only, even though there is a long driveway. I noticed that there is a shared door to the back half of the dwelling that is not shown in the pictures. Not sure who lived there.
This place looks nothing like its description. The beds are both not twin beds. The neighborhood is sketchy despite what the host tells you. The doors at side is completely weird. The kitchen and dining area looks demonic with skull decorations and dolls. There is also something that looks like some sort of demonic altar. We had to leave and get a room at a hotel after midnight, because my flight was delayed. I reached out to the host who said I would be able to cancel and get a refund and she lied. I could cancel. I reached out to Vrbo who said the host can refund me if she wants to. I told to hold on to the first night and refund me the rest since I had to now spend money to stay in a hotel and I have not heard from her. I will be reaching to the head of Vrbo’s corporate office and the better business bureau. Don’t waste your time!! It’s not cozy as you open the door you can feel the negative energy. The absolute worst experience ever!!!
We didnt stay there was a door on the back that another apartment was attached that they could come through bad neighborhood and there only parking place the passenger couldn't get out because of bushes and you either had to block a drive or a handicap walk way and everytime i tried to message the host it go through and the property does not look as good as the pics
This was perfect for our little group getaway. Plenty of space and a nice little porch. The only thing is there wasn’t any laundry detergent so we couldn’t run the wash when we were leaving. We also couldn’t find any trash bags other than the one that was there when we got there… but we only used one anyway. Lol.

Short trip to Dallas
The property was nice and well maintained. We were disappointed that there weren’t two twin beds as advertised. It was a great location near Dallas, Arlington and Ft Worth. Not walkable to anything though, but was a short drive to Bishop Arts District.
This little place was perfect for our family trip! Nice quiet neighborhood, very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen! Plenty of towels, linens and the hot water was HOT! Also had lots of games and puzzles that we enjoyed since it was rainy the first night we got there.
Ok, the DFW area can be overwhelmingly expensive sometimes. Our group of 3 came to town for a convention and had a hard time finding somewhere that can accommodate our needs. We needed space (check), we needed a quiet area (check), and we needed cleanliness (check). This property met all of those needs and exceeded our expectations in the process. Book it for a nice place to stay for a short time. It’s worth it!
