Suburban charm right 3 miles from USC campus, 9 miles from the Fort Jackson Base and 5 minutes from downtown Columbia, restaurants, bars, nightlife. Weather you are here on work, business, dropping or meeting up with your loved ones at the USC or the base, graduation or just a vacation, this is the most preferred location as with proximity, safety, and convenience.

Its perfect! Our property has been tastefully crafted and setup as a home away from home. You will find everything you need in a home to spend quality time with family or loved ones be it making dinner, time together in the living room, watch a Netflix show or catch up on work at the mini office. All nestled under one roof. Enjoy the backyard and the greenery that surrounds the home. Take a walk on the nature park right outside the home and enjoy the tranquility and the occasional sound of the train chugging away at a distance. Its an experience you would want to come back to.
